I started this agency in 1986, and I still answer the phone myself.

A lot has changed in nearly forty years. What hasn't is how we work. We're a small office and we're independent, which means we shop your coverage across a number of companies instead of selling you whatever one carrier wants us to move that month. If something isn't worth buying, I'll tell you that too — I'd rather keep a client for twenty years than win one sale.

My son Spencer works with me now, which makes this a second-generation agency — and between us we handle health and Medicare, home and auto, life, and commercial coverage for families and businesses across the whole state of Minnesota. Our offices are in the south metro and Northeast Minneapolis, but we're licensed statewide — you don't have to live down the road from us. You'll deal with one of us directly, every time — no call center, no getting passed around, and you won't have to explain your situation twice.
