If it's urgent, call us — don't fill in a form
Claims are time-sensitive and a phone call is always faster. Pat and Spencer will work closely with you through the whole thing — you're not going to be handed to a call center.
If anyone is injured or in danger, call 911 first. For a fire, a gas leak, or water actively running, deal with that before anything else — then call us. Reporting a claim here does not replace emergency services, and it is not a substitute for your carrier's 24-hour claims line if you already have that number.
