Nothing on this site binds coverage. No coverage exists until a carrier has issued it and confirmed it in writing.

Any quote we give you — through this site, by phone, or in person — is an estimate based on the information available at the time. Final rates and eligibility are set by the insurance carrier after underwriting, and they can differ from an initial quote.

Coverage descriptions on this site are summaries. The actual terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of any policy are governed entirely by the policy document the carrier issues. If this website and your policy ever disagree, your policy is what counts.

Filling out a quote request, a contact form, or a claim report on this site starts a conversation with us. It does not apply for coverage, change an existing policy, cancel a policy, or file a claim with your carrier.

Bernauer Insurance Agency is a licensed independent insurance agency. We can only transact insurance business in states where we and the relevant carrier are properly licensed. Our practice is centered in Minnesota.
